Working with Individuals, Couples, & Families
Do you find yourself stuck in the same patterns, feeling disconnected or misunderstood in your relationships? Are conflicts with your partner, family members, or friends left unresolved, leading to feelings of discouragement or solitude? If these struggles resonate with you, Hope specializes in relationship therapy that guides you through understanding and healing emotional disconnection, helping you rebuild trust and connection in your relationships.
Hope works with individuals, couples, and families to tackle challenges related to emotional disconnection, unresolved conflict, and personal growth. Her practice utilizes evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and trauma-informed care. Together with her clients, Hope explores the patterns that may be impeding their progress and assists them in creating healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
In addition to her expertise in relationship therapy, Hope offers support for individuals confronting anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, postpartum depression, and grief associated with miscarriage and stillbirth. She adopts a holistic and attachment-based perspective for each client, ensuring care throughout the therapeutic process.
Hope’s mission is to facilitate sustainable healing by establishing a compassionate and empathetic environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. She provides both in-person and telehealth sessions and is currently accepting new clients. Hope does accept insurance and offers sliding scale rates to accommodate various financial needs.
Hope has a passion for sunrises, enjoys coffee, and is always up for a scenic drive. Hiking, kayaking, and morning walks are regular parts of her routine. She also delights in philosophical discussions, educational podcasts, comedic relief, and quality time spent with family.
