Gina is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (AADC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues and substance use. By leveraging the accessibility of telehealth, Gina provides a secure and supportive environment for healing, meeting clients exactly where they are.
Gina believes that true wellness requires a whole-body perspective. Her practice honors the intricate connection between emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. To support this, she integrates a diverse range of evidence-based and creative modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness based practices, and artistic expression.
For four years, Gina served in the active duty U.S Army before earning her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Harding University in 2021. She has built a robust clinical foundation serving both adult and adolescent populations.
Gina understands that every story is unique. Whether you are seeking relief from the weight of trauma or navigating the hurdles of recovery, she works collaboratively with you to build a path toward the fulfilling life that you deserve.
Outside of her practice, Gina finds balance through reading, journaling, art, music, and hiking. She also treasures the time spent with her husband, children, and family cat.
