Gina Allen, LPC, AADC

Gina is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (AADC) licensed to practice in Arkansas, Louisiana, and Georgia. 

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or simply ready for change, you don't have to navigate it alone. Gina provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Gina works with adults, and couples experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, trauma, substance use concerns, relationship/communication challenges, and life/career transitions.

Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. Together, Gina will help you identify what's most important and create realistic, meaningful goals that fit your life. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help challenge unhelpful thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies, as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to help strengthen emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness. Expressive arts modalities are also utilized when appropriate. 

Gina strives to make therapy feel approachable by breaking larger goals into manageable steps so progress feels achievable rather than overwhelming.

Outside of her practice, Gina finds balance through journaling, art, yoga, and hiking. She also treasures the time spent with her husband, children, and grandchild.

Gina currently offers a self-pay rate of $200 per one hour session or a sliding scale rate of $100 - $166 per one hour session (may be applied for).
