Gina is a Licensed Professional Counselor, as well as an Advanced Alcohol Drug Counselor. She specializes in working with individuals navigating the complex challenges of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Through the convenience and accessibility of telehealth, Gina offers a safe, supportive space where healing can begin—no matter where you are in life.
Gina’s therapeutic approach is holistic and whole-body focused, honoring the connection between emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. She integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, alongside creative modalities like artistic expression and mindfulness based practices.
Whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety, depression, trauma, or the impacts of addiction, Gina will work collaboratively with you to create a path toward healing that honors your unique story, strengths, and goals.
Gina served in the active duty Army for four years. She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Harding University in 2021. Much of her clinical experience has been gained through serving adolescents in the school based setting, adults on parole and probation, as well as those who are a part of an in person or online Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
In her spare time, Gina enjoys reading, journaling, listening to music, creating art, hiking, and spending time with her husband and children.
