Delaney Pfeffer, LAC

     Delaney Pfeffer is a Licensed Associate Counselor dedicated to supporting individuals and families through developmental challenges, emotional concerns, and relational dynamics. While she works with clients of all ages, she holds a particular passion for supporting teens and their families as they navigate the unique hurdles of adolescence.

     Delaney graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2022 with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Social Work, later going on to complete her Master of Science in Counseling. Her commitment to the field continues as she returns to campus to begin her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision. 

     Delaney’s clinical approach is rooted in client-centered therapy, emphasizing modeling and teaching empathy and client-therapist collaboration through a multicultural lens. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and solution-focused techniques to help clients develop practical coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and work toward meaningful, goal-oriented change. 

     Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, family dynamics, social skills development, and conflict resolution. Delaney is especially committed to helping clients strengthen communication to build healthier relationships and gain confidence in managing everyday stressors. 

     Delaney strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and be at the center of their own journey for growth. She believes that therapy is a collaborative and flexible process and is dedicated to helping each client move toward building the life they envision for themselves. 

     In her free time, Delaney can be found playing a card or board game, going for walks, loving on animals, or finding a reason to go back to school!
