Delaney Pfeffer LAC is a Licensed Associate Counselor who is dedicated to supporting individuals and families through developmental challenges, emotional concerns, and relational dynamics. While she works with clients of all ages, she has a particular passion for family therapy, especially in supporting teens and their families as they navigate the unique hurdles of adolescence.

Delaney graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Social Work, later earning her Master of Science in Counseling. Her commitment to the field continues as she returns to campus to pursue her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision.

Delaney’s clinical approach is rooted in client-centered therapy, emphasizing empathy and collaboration between the client and therapist through a multicultural lens. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and solution-focused techniques to help clients develop practical coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and work toward meaningful, goal-oriented change.

Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, family dynamics, social skills development, and conflict resolution. Delaney is especially committed to helping clients strengthen communication within family therapy to build healthier relationships and gain confidence in managing everyday stressors.

Delaney strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and take charge of their own journey for growth. She believes that therapy, including teen counseling, is a collaborative and flexible process and is dedicated to helping each client move toward building the life they envision for themselves.

In her free time, Delaney enjoys playing card or board games, going for walks, loving on animals, or finding new opportunities for learning!
