Cat is certified in medical coding through AAPC and has over 18 years of experience in medical administration. She developed a love for mental health billing and coding soon after completing her program, leading her to specialize in this crucial area of the revenue cycle. Actively engaged in the medical coding and billing community, Cat serves as the education officer for her local chapter. Her deep passion lies in helping to develop and uplift future medical billers and coders, especially those focusing on billing services for mental health. 

When she isn't working or volunteering her time, Cat enjoys spending time with her 3 children and 2 grandchildren. She also finds joy in traveling, reading, or watching a really good Netflix series.
