Bentley is a graduate counseling intern currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Harding University. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas, where she completed an honors thesis exploring emotion beliefs, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and individuals’ experiences with therapy.
She believes that healing happens when clients feel seen, heard, and safe, and she strives to create that kind of therapeutic space in every session. Bentley approaches counseling with the belief that clients are the experts on their own lives and stories. Her role is to meet clients where they are and support them as they move toward healing and growth.
She is committed to helping clients understand their experiences with compassion and curiosity. She is nonjudgmental, supportive, and deeply committed to providing a safe and affirming environment where clients can explore their stories openly and honestly.
Bentley is passionate about working with individuals of all ages and from all walks of life. She is interested in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, and relationship challenges.
Bentley currently offers low-cost (and in some cases pro bono) therapy options with a rate of $30 per hour.
