Autumn Spainhour is a Licensed Associate Counselor offering individual therapy for clients aged 16 and older. She adopts an integrative approach to therapy that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based practices. Autumn is passionate about helping clients identify and leverage their strengths, alongside the tools gained in therapy, to align their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with their goals. 

Believing that therapy should be a collaborative experience rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, Autumn works closely with each client to understand their unique challenges and develop personalized, evidence-based strategies that facilitate meaningful change. Her clinical experience includes providing anxiety treatment and supporting individuals navigating ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, relationship and communication issues, and life transitions.

Autumn is dedicated to fostering an inclusive space for clients from all backgrounds. She has worked with individuals of diverse races, ethnicities, nationalities, religions, gender identities, sexual orientations, and life experiences, approaching each client with curiosity, respect, and a genuine desire to understand their unique perspectives and values.

Outside of her clinical work, Autumn enjoys reading, crocheting, playing video games, and spending quality time with her husband and their two dogs.

Autumn currently offers a self-pay rate of $200 per one hour session, or a sliding scale rate ranging from $80 to $166 per one hour session, which may be applied for.
