Autumn Spainhour is a Licensed Associate Counselor who offers individual therapy for clients ages 16 and older. Autumn takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based practices. Autumn is passionate about helping clients identify and use their own strengths and the resources around them, combined with tools learned in therapy, to align their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with their goals.
Autumn believes therapy should be a collaborative experience—not a one-size-fits-all process. She works closely with each client to understand their unique challenges and to develop personalized, evidence-based strategies that support meaningful change. Her clinical experience includes working with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, relationship and communication issues, and life transitions.
Autumn is committed to creating an inclusive space for clients of all backgrounds. She has experience working with individuals across a wide range of identities, including diverse races, ethnicities, nationalities, religions, gender identities, sexual orientations, and life experiences. Autumn approaches each client with curiosity, respect, and a desire to understand their unique perspectives and values.
I'm committed to creating an inclusive space for clients of all backgrounds. I've worked with individuals of diverse races, ethnicities, nationalities, religions, gender identities, sexual orientations, and life experiences, approaching each person with curiosity, respect, and openness.
Outside of her clinical work, Autumn enjoys reading, crocheting, playing video games, and spending quality time with her husband and their two dogs.
