Ashlyn Hampton is a dedicated undergraduate psychology student at the University of Arkansas, currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in social work. You may come into contact with Ashlyn at the front desk or on the phone; she brings a warm, welcoming presence to every interaction. She values creating environments where individuals feel accepted, supported, and genuinely welcomed. With an emphasis on empathy, curiosity, and respect for each person's unique experiences, Ashlyn strives to help others feel safe, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey. 

Ashlyn has a special interest in working with children on the autism spectrum and families, and she is passionate about holistic mental health and somatic therapy. She recognizes the important connection between the mind and body in the healing process, which informs her approach to mental well-being. 

Outside of work and school, Ashlyn enjoys practicing yoga, exploring Northwest Arkansas, and spending quality time with her cat.
